Like many wealth managers, Saltus had brought together multiple ‘out-of-the-box’ software solutions to enable its online proposition.
This approach had led to high ongoing licensing costs, a fragmented digital onboarding process, and the functionality of the valuation platform being determined by the limitations of the software rather than the needs of the customer.
In short, the reliance on ‘out-of-the-box’ software stifled the brand’s ability to make customer experience a key differentiator.
We built a custom valuation portal and mobile app that was both affordable and uncompromising.
User research enabled us to identify the exact information and level of detail users required, as well as the need for family-level wealth views, where clients with children and Trusts could view all accounts via a single dashboard.
The system integrates seamlessly with back-office systems giving nominated third-party advisers shared access to their clients’ portfolio information, documents, and messaging.
