All businesses have a vested interest in ensuring their workforce stays in the best of health. But few SMEs can afford to invest time, effort, and money in implementing an employee health strategy.
Recognising this, leading employee benefits provider Health Shield approached us with the idea of creating a high-value, low-cost digital platform that gave employees direct access to a wide range of health services.
Health Shield sourced the right health services from third-party providers, and we needed to design and build a single experience that made it easy for employees to access the health expertise they needed from the comfort of their own phones, tablets, or desktops.
Our design and technology solution involved creating a ‘React Front End’ to bring together multiple API from Health Shield’s internal system and the third-party service providers.
The result is a seamless customer experience that enables employees to undertake digital health assessments, get clear treatment recommendations and lifestyle advice, and access any medical expertise they require.
We also devised the platform’s brand name ‘Breeze’ and successfully launched the platform into the SME market with live events and a campaign spanning online advertising and social media.
