That meant the IFA/client consultations needed to feel premium from beginning to end. Unfortunately, the standard IFA interface designs didn’t work in real time, and seemed a little underwhelming, given PPS Mutual’s premium brand positioning. And that’s where the problem lay.

The InTouch quote-builder let accredited IFAs create bespoke protection quotes using a delightfully intuitive drag-and-drop action. And it lets them do it right there in front of the client, in real time.
Quotes could be saved, amended and restructured according to the clients’ needs. On top of that, we also produced an informational ‘how-to’ video, explaining to IFAs how this innovative, combined quote and sales tool works.
