A major UK life and pensions consolidator, ReAssure have worked hard to develop their digital proposition for a number of years. Always focussed on delivering excellent customer service, the acquisition of nearly one million policies from a leading UK provider offered the opportunity to further enhance this proposition through the introduction of a secure online portal.
ReAssure are experts in administration and data; however, they needed a digital partner to help create a customer portal to match that expertise.
Following some initial exploratory work, we set up a core team to work with key stakeholders at ReAssure to form a truly agile project team. As a team, we were able to help ReAssure with branding, user experience, design, API development, front-end development and customer testing, to help deliver an exceptional customer portal.
The end result is a good looking modern portal with a slick and efficient customer onboarding experience. All Core MVP functionality was delivered first, creating a great experience for the initial target population. Development continues, with over 100,000 registered users now helping ReAssure achieve efficiency savings through use of features such as online switching and secure messaging.
