Stonehage Fleming Wealth Planning is one of the UK’s premier financial planners and wealth managers. The discerning nature of their clients means they expect to be able to monitor the performance of their assets and for any associated documentation to be readily available.
What’s more, in many cases, clients also want visibility of the investment they’ve made for their children alongside their own.
Space was asked to design and build a valuation system that exceeded the expectation of clients and further enriched the relationship they have with this prestigious wealth manager.
We used an iterative wireframe approach to design and build a client portal that acts as the gateway between Stonehage Fleming Wealth Planning and their clients.
The portal gives clients access to ISA, pension and investment account valuations through a single dashboard. Also, if the client has approval, they can view the accounts of other family members alongside their own.
Personal financial plans, fund documentation, quarterly investment reports, market commentary, and correspondence outlining any advice given are all archived within the portal.
The responsive design ensures the experience works seamlessly across all digital devices.
